Water Filters

The following conditions are agreed to by the Seller and the Purchaser(s). All merchandise shall remain in the name of the Seller until the purchase price is paid in full. Seller shall not be responsible for goods damaged in transit. The Purchaser(s) use and/or installation of above merchandise constitutes acceptance of these legal terms and conditions. All merchandise is guaranteed only to the extent of the original manufacturer’s warrantee. Warranties exclude liability for labor and/or consequential damages. Repairs or alterations to merchandise shall void any and all warranties. Incomplete or damaged orders must be reported within 5 days. Refunds will be issued within 30 days only with seller’s consent. Returned goods may subject to a 25% restocking fee. Prior authorization is required for returns and freight must be prepaid. Special orders or custom orders are not refundable. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded. All items must be returned in original packaging with all documentation. All filter cartridges are sanitary sealed. Once sanitary seal is broken, the cartridge or membrane is not returnable. Refunds will not be issued for wet items or items that have been wet or submerged. Refunds will not be issued for electric motors, switches or accessories. Cartridge or membrane lifetime is never guarantied for any length of time. All claims and controversies regarding the sale of merchandise pursuant to this Internet advertisement shall be subject solely to the jurisdiction to the Court of the State of New York.
